I ordered this antenna, and it worked when directly hooked to the tv, except, that the cord would have had to go out through a window or door. We tried to hook it up through an inactive cable directly to the TV. The controller for some reason did not work and we were never able to get it to work. GotSpot sent us a new controller and that did not work either.
What I was mainly unhappy about was the lack of live customer service from GotSpot. We might have been able to get it to work if they had a technician to talk and walk us through the installation.
I do not live at the house where the installation is and when I emailed them to return the item, they told me the 30 days had passed and I could not return it. They had been aware that I was in the middle of a cross country move, but seemingly had a case of retrograde amnesia regarding this fact. So I am stuck with a non-working $60.00 antenna that I will have to toss because it is useless.
Don’t plan to order anything through them again.

I’ve got crystal clear picture and sound on over 30 channels, many channels that I did not know were even broadcast through the air until today. I thought some of our local cable channels, were strictly on cable, but I was wrong. This antenna has found me an extra weather and traffic channels, rerun-TV channels, shopping channels, etc. Some even provide a digital Standard Definition channel, as well as an extra HD Channel. Have a great day! Very happy!!!
