Amazon had the best price and shipping was great. We had tried to buy the same product from a different vendor and after two tries and two broken TV's through UPS we were going to give up. When we saw this TV on Amazon we called to see how they shipped and was advised that they used a special company that only did larger items. We took a chance and bought the TV again. It arrived and we had the white glove treatment and was in perfect condition.
